In the early 90′s I was a member of the club and passionately involved in the racing scene. In 1995 I won the SA thunderbike series on this bike.

It is a 1986 DB1 BIMOTA, a very pretty, air-cooled 750cc solo.

This bike has a lot of modifications to the engine plus a few other. They are:

• crank is a 888 stroked to 64mm
• bore is from 88 to 90mm
• power flow heads with large valves inlet 38 to 44mm, exhaust 36 to 38mm
• At the moment it has standard cams and carbs, f2 cams, 40mm dellorto, orignal heads and crank included
• 4 spot brakes are fitted and originals included
• 2 Marvic rims 17″x 3.50″ 17″x 5.50″
• 2 fairing – orignal plus 1 for the track
• exhaust original plus high flow
